When you invest in Mana 88 Akumal, you're entering at the pre-development phase. Your funds will be securely held in a Global Escrow Solutions account at Bank of America until the land for the entire project is purchased, estimated closing of February 2, 2025. 5 days before closing, Global Escrow Solutions will contact you to release the funds. At this point, your percentage ownership of the land will be secured under a Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA). The land will be delivered to you ready for construction, with title, within 24-32 months—well ahead of the typical 3-5 year timeline in the Riviera Maya. You will then be ready to start building your dream villa.

Full payment is required upon signing your Sales Purchase Agreement. All funds will be held in escrow with Global Escrow Solutions.
